Guardian Pharmacy of Wisconsin is part of the Guardian Pharmacy Services network and prides itself on its customer service. Each team member plays an integral part in the success of the pharmacy.
As a key member of the senior management team, assist in achieving annual business plan through pro-active management of revenue, margin and expense control; responsible for financial data analysis & reporting, billing & collection efforts and expense budget.
Liaise with ATL office for revenue & collections management, financial analysis & reporting and A/P.
Revenue Cycle Management:
EDUCATION/TRAINING/SKILLS: BS in Accounting, Finance or Business required. Minimum 8+ years Accounting/Finance experience required, along with strong general business management skills. Excellent analysis skills and working knowledge of accounting principles required. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Pro (expert Excel proficiency required), network administration basics, internet-based communications; ability to obtain good working knowledge of all business-unit operating systems required.
Requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, including the ability to influence and mentor. Also required are excellent written and verbal communication skills (including confidentiality), and proven experience in managing and coaching teams; working knowledge of basic employment guidelines required.
Flexible Schedule Required:
8 hour shift
