    Guardian Pharmacy is a fast-growing company seeking top talent. We are looking for an Account Support Coordinator to join our fast-paced, growing team. We need someone who understands the importance of our challenges, and has the drive to make an impact as we achieve our goals.  This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to our account management and sales teams to help ensure excellence in customer service. This individual will support the day-to-day management of national accounts and ongoing customer service projects and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with sales and account management teams to ensure all customer data is collected, updated, and accurate. This role will manage our Salesforce environment by performing day-to-day support and training for users, promote user adoption, monitor data quality, and manage third party Salesforce vendors.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Account Management Support
      • Assist National Account Management team with preparing customer presentations & reporting for national accounts
      • Support national account rollouts and coordination of EMAR implementations
      • Assist with and support local account management activity: business review templates and data gathering, Salesforce activity, etc.
      • Assist with planning and logistics of account management/customer service related events and activities as needed
    2. Salesforce User Support
      • Provide first level Salesforce end-user support, for things such as access issues and training questions
      • Create new Salesforce users & monitor license counts
      • Train new and existing Salesforce users (as needed)
      • Manage the integrity of customer & sales data in Salesforce; perform ongoing maintenance & clean-up
      • Analyze and monitor employee Salesforce usage and help enforce activity compliance
      • Coordinate/maintain third-party vendor relationships for technical Salesforce assistance
    3. Sales & Marketing Support
      • Develop and maintain system reports and dashboards for our sales and services teams
      • Assist the National Sales Team with national marketing strategy and top provider outreach campaigns
      • Prepare monthly & quarterly analytics: growth, retention, patient count, qualified calls, activity
      • Update and audit reports and dashboards as needed
      • Create and audit reports on customer wins/losses
      • Maintain and enhance national sales database & sales dashboard and provide analytic reporting (routine & ad-hoc)
      • Keep national opportunity list up-to-date
      • Assist with maintaining market analysis information and prepare market analysis maps
      • Prepare for and attend quarterly operations calls for all pharmacy locations; assist with forecasting
      • Prepare, audit, and reconcile forecasting vs actual report on a monthly basis
    4. Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

    EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree Required (marketing/business preferred)

    • Must be proficient in use of MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
