    Guardian Pharmacy of Indiana is part of the Guardian Pharmacy network and prides itself on its customer service. Each team member plays an integral part in the success of the pharmacy.
    Job Objective: Responsible for ensuring all prescriptions are filled in correct packaging according to facility preference, without error, and in a timely manner. 


    Essential Job Functions:
    • Pulling labels from printer and sorting into runs
    • Correctly pulling medication to be filled
    • Scanning labels and correct medication into QS1 operating system
    • Accurately filling and labeling cassettes
    • Checking final census, correctly toting, and preparing medications for final delivery
    • Daily stocking of inventory as directed
    • Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed


    Education/Training/ Skills:
    • Current and active Pharmacy Technician registration in Indiana and/or National Certification
    • 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
    • Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
    • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
    • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
    • Great attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
    • Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
    Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
    Schedule: Full-Time
    Flexible schedule
    Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the pharmacy


    Physical and/or machinery:
    • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, ascend/descend stairs, stand, move and turn/pivot
    • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on occasion
    • Ability to see, hear and speak sufficiently to perform essential job functions, including accurately delivering medication and communicating with the public
    • Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, humidity and weather
    • Ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles

    Work Environment:

    Must occasionally be able to lift 20 pounds
